If you ask any of us at Heyscape what the best part of the job is, we land on one thing unanimously: the guests’ experience. The look on their face when the highway noise finally drops away. The questions about where to walk, what to eat, and all the wonderful people we have the privilege of meeting. It got us all thinking…we never had a place to personally meet and greet. As the Heyscape experience evolves, so does the way we welcome our guests.
We are excited to announce that we have recently opened a perfect little nook to warmly welcome guests onto Raintree Estate, right next door to The Dam restaurant entrance. It’s been quietly running since late July and the team have fully settled into their new home. This experience is now part of every stay in Koorabup and the wider Denmark region.

Why we created this space
Our cabins have a lot weighing on their first impression (and rightly so in our eyes, if you have stayed you know just what we are talking about). There’s no lobby music, no long corridor, nobody carrying your bags. There’s just the land, the quiet, and (until now) a set of instructions on how to find your key.
We wanted something warmer than that. Something that leaves a lasting impression, that embodies the cabins themselves and why we do what we do.
Somewhere one of us can actually greet you, help you book a table at The Dam, tell you where the truffles are this season, let you in on hidden gems or point you toward Greens Pool before the light goes. Denmark rewards a bit of local knowledge, and we like being the ones who can hand that over.
Where to find us
We’re at Raintree Estate, Denmark WA (Koorabup), right next to The Dam restaurant entrance. If you’ve been to Raintree Estate before, for The Dam, a Marron Catch and Cook, or a stay in one of our Denmark cabins, you’ll spot us easily.
Hours
We’re here 9am to 5:00pm, seven days a week. Whether you’re checking in, asking about the wood-fired sauna or the outdoor bath in your cabin, or just after a coffee recommendation in town, one of us will be at the desk.

Arriving late? Remote check in is still there for you
We know not every trip lines up neatly with nine to five. If you’re arriving later than planned, or your trip into Denmark gets delayed, remote check in is still available, so a late arrival never means standing outside your cabin in the dark. Just let us know and we’ll send you everything you need ahead of time, so you can let yourself in, breathe out, and come find us the next morning for the local tips and the rest of it.

This space isn’t a transaction point to us. It’s the first minute of your stay, whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, reconnecting with nature in its rawest form, an outdoor bath under the starlit sky, or the quiet of William Bay National Park at first light.
