Heyscape e-gift cards can be redeemed against any bookings made on our website.

To purchase an e-gift card start by choosing the amount you wish to put on the e-gift card. You can then directly add your recipient’s details and proceed to checkout!

Gift card purchases are manually processed, which means a 1-2 business day turnover for your gift card to be sent.

Terms and Conditions:

• e-Gift Card Expiration: 3 years from purchase date.
• e-Gift Cards are only able to be redeemed for Heyscape stays.
• e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed through via email to hello@heyscape.com.au with preferred outpost, gift code & booking dates.
• e-Gift Cards are manually processed within 1-2 business days.
• e-Gift Cards may not be used for marketing of any other brands or businesses without written approval by Heyscape.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient of the Gift Card is aware of the Terms & Conditions that apply to the e-gift card.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and are treated like cash, we do not replace a lost gift card.
