The small batch, and unique family-owned winery is found on the roads less travelled, surrounded by an abundance of local wildlife. Wake up to kangaroos hopping in the fields from your bedroom window, and gaze at the red-tailed black cockatoos retiring in the trees at sunset.
Our cabins are like a tiny home, complete with all the essentials you’ll need to have a comfortable stay in nature. Each cabin has been thoughtfully designed with premium amenities and bespoke touches to leave travellers feeling nourished and refreshed. Enjoy a queen bed with premium linen and plush pillows, a warm shower and odourless composting toilet, an indoor kitchenette, Nespresso coffee maker, and outdoor barbeque. Cook delicious food right from your cabin, and enjoy meals while remaining deeply connected to nature.
Our Busselton location offers the choice of a classic cabin stay or a premium cabin stay. The classic cabins have everything you’ll need, from locally-sourced hand wash to an outdoor bath with an open view. The premium cabin features a larger interior and outdoor decking that wraps around the front of the cabin.

Pick + Sip is an in-depth wine tasting experience with the winemaker herself. Learn about different grape varieties, where wine flavours come from, different winemaking styles and discover heaps of ideas for pairing wine with food. This is a perfect experience for the foodies, gardeners and vino lovers. (Not available in June, July & August).

Enjoy a 2 bottle pack of Odyssey Garden wines. These are the most popular, quaffable wines in the cellar door. Delicious and fruity, easy drinking wines made on the property by the winemaking crew at Whicher Ridge.

Spending a late afternoon in the wine sensory garden at Whicher Ridge, is a real delight in the warmer months. From late Spring through to mid Autumn, the garden comes alive with birds, and there are plenty of spots to relax and wind down in the rural peace that is our farm. BYO a picnic, or add on a Gourmet or Cheese Platter when you book. (Not available in June, July & August).

Wander in the Garden for 2
$50 for 2 people
Learn how the wine sensory garden design and plantings came about, and how it has become the centrepiece for the award winning tasting experience at Whicher Ridge. Wander around the extensive garden, with a cuppa or glass of wine in hand, on a guided tour with Cathy. The Whicher Ridge Wine Sensory Garden is truly unique, being the first and largest one in Australia! This is a perfect experience for the gardeners and foodies. (Available all year round)

Whicher Ridge Wines
The winemaker and vigneron couple Cathy and Neil Howard offer a range of immersive experiences to demystify the world of wine, that are guided by Cathy. It’s rare to learn from the winemaker directly, so book a tasting during your stay to take part in this special experience.
Busselton Jetty
Stretching 1.8km across the turquoise waters of Geographe Bay, the Busselton Jetty is the longest timber-piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere. Stroll or take the little train to the end and explore the Underwater Observatory – a rare change to see life beneath the ocean’s surface without getting wet.
Cranebrook Pool
Tucked away amongst jarrah and marri trees, Cranebrook Pool is a serene freshwater watering hole loved by locals. Its picnic areas make it the perfect spot to unwind and cool off in the warmer months.
Whale Watching
From mid-August to November, Geographe Bay becomes a highway for migrating humpback and southern right whales, traversing the WA coastline, journeying towards their feeding grounds in Antartica.

Our Busselton cabins feature one bedroom for 2 guests. If you are looking for a family getaway, we recommend checking our other locations such as Denmark which offer dedicated 4-person cabins equipped with bunk beds and extra space for children, as well as two-bedroom cabins.
